Eleven have been retained by a Chemicals client in the UK to find them a Key Account Manager to join their Commercial team.
The Role: As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with key customers. Reporting to the Global Commercial Manager, you'll utilise your technical background and industry experience to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Understanding customer technical requirements and aligning our products and services to meet their needs.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions to customers.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- A technical background in chemistry or related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales or key account management within the chemicals industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
