Responsibilities: As part of our interdisciplinary R&D team, you'll:

• Run experiments and processes in our lab to drive rapid commercialization.

• Gather and analyze data to expedite the convergence of R&D efforts towards commercial success.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A BS in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• 2+ years of industry laboratory experience
• Experience scaling R&D innovations
• Physical characterization methods such as SEM, XRD, BET, Raman, FT-IR, liquid chromatography, or mass spectrometry.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with electrode or electrolyte formulations
