Health and Safety Manager
Location: Staffordshire Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 dependant on experience

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Manager to oversee all HSE matters across our clients' internal and external manufacturing sites.  

Position Overview: As our Health and Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, auditing, and facilitating all HSE matters within our organization. Based primarily in Staffordshire, you will collaborate with managers, supervisors, and employees at all levels to enhance our HSE culture and ensure compliance with UK legislation.   Key

Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and report on HSE performance, including monthly statistics.
• Coordinate risk assessments and implement risk reduction measures.
• Conduct HSE audits, prepare action plans, and track progress (ISO).

  Person Requirements:

• Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent in Health and Safety.
• Possess extensive HSE experience within process manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Experience with ISO accreditation audits and assessments.
