MFT Energy is an established global energy trading hub. They undertake non-stop power and gas trading across 32 different markets. This includes physical and financial trading via exchanges, standard futures and structured products, covering all delivery periods.

After an initial placement that demonstrated Eleven’s expertise, we worked with MFT to set up a new division in a new market. By understanding their ambition, Eleven shared relevant market knowledge of salaries, candidates aspirations and competitor information to support the growth.
