What Makes Eleven Different?

Two divisions, one approach

Our Alternative Technology division works with proprietary tech and energy startups, venture capital firms and SMEs in R&D and process-engineering-heavy businesses.

We support full company build-outs — offering RPO solutions, in-house recruitment support, and hands-on advice for technical engineering and commercial hires. When a business moves from lab to pilot to commercialisation, we scale the team with it.

Our Renewables & Infrastructure division runs the full project lifecycle across renewable energy, power, transmission and distribution, data centres and BESS, both on and offshore.

That starts at investment, acquisition and land development, moves through engineering, design, civils and construction, and continues into asset management, O&M and full portfolio management. It extends into revenue — PPA, trading and hedging — where we recruit across front and middle office.

Our delivery model flexes with the phase: retained and programme contingent hires through investment and development, contract-led delivery through engineering and construction, and retained and contingent programmes for asset, portfolio and revenue mandates.
