Electrical Applications Engineer – EU

Eleven have been retained exclusively by a Battery Technology company to find them an Electrical Applications Engineer to cover the European Market.

Ideally you will be based out of Germany / Netherlands / Spain due to current location of clients, but any EU country will be considered. You must hold full European Working rights – Sponsorship is not available.

The role is remote / field based / involves extensive travel, so a willingness and ability to do so is a must (full expenses covered).

We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer who has experience with High Voltage Energy Systems, Testing, Installation and Commissioning. We need someone that is as technically gifted, as they are personable, as the position is the front line of customer solutions, and resolutions.

Requirements:

Related professional experience, with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven experience in high voltage testing methodologies and equipment Strong understanding of electrical safety principles and practices (NFPA 70E) Familiarity with relevant national and international electrical standards (e.g., IEEE, UL) Experience qualifying and/or certifying first-of-a-kind hardware or technology for high-voltage applications such as power transmission or generation utilities Experience with data acquisition and analysis software (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB)
