This role will focus on battery degradation mechanisms, performance analysis using PyBaMM, and developing models for battery production processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop multiscale physics-based models of batteries, focusing on electrochemical, thermal, and degradation processes.
- Collaborate with experimental teams to design tests and validate models.
- Provide modelling insights to cross-functional teams and industrial partners for optimisation and support R&D initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Masters / PhD in battery electrochemistry
- Strong understanding of battery physics and degradation mechanisms.
- Expertise in Python, PyBaMM and / or other battery modelling tools.
- Knowledge of battery testing techniques and experience in experimental design.
