About the Role

Quantity Surveyor Opportunity 

An established engineering and construction company is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team, supporting the delivery of highly regulated, technically complex systems on major UK infrastructure projects.
This is a site-based role focused on the commercial management of high-value work packages, from cost control through to final account. You’ll be embedded within the project team, working closely with engineers and project managers in a live delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial management of complex work packages
  • Cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Subcontractor account management
  • Reviewing technical drawings and specifications
  • Day-to-day collaboration with site teams
Requirements
  • Quantity Surveying experience within construction or engineering
  • Comfortable working in regulated, complex project environments
  • Willing to work away from home
