An international energy and lubricants business is seeking a commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead its European lubricants marketing strategy and support the growth of a branded automotive workshop programme globally.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with responsibility for delivering measurable commercial results across multiple European markets.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role with responsibility for delivering measurable commercial results across multiple European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver the European marketing strategy and annual plan
- Manage budget and drive clear ROI
- Execute product launches and portfolio management (NPI)
- Develop trade and channel marketing programmes with distributors
- Own digital activity including SEO, paid media and performance marketing
- Deliver B2B campaigns and sales enablement materials
- Support the rollout and development of a branded workshop network
- 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience
- Background in lubricants, automotive, aftermarket or similar technical category
- Strong commercial, analytical and budget management skills
