Candidate A – Key Account Manager - Coatings (permanent) - £80k basic, flexible on location
- A solid, consistent and successful work history spent in the coatings industry including powders, lacquers, metal plating, and paints for various applications including consumer electronics and automotive.
- Adept at leading a business unit comprised of engineering, business, sales and manufacturing colleagues.
- Experience managing a P&L - can demonstrate increased EBITDA by 400% within 2.5 years.
- Strong sales focussed people manager and relationship manager of OEMs and distributors.
- Ideal next role would be Key Account Manager EMEA, GM or MD.
- Available for almost immediate start.
- Looking for upwards of 80k basic + pension + commission (hungry for commission based on growth).
- Extremely flexible on location – global opportunities considered. Lives UK currently.
Candidate B – R&D Chemist (permanent) – technical and commercial skillset - £30k
- Red brick university graduate with a 2:1 in a chemistry related discipline.
- Possesses that much wanted hybrid skillset of technical expertise and excellent client liaison skills – comfortable attending client meetings – presents well.
- A solid development chemist background - loves new product development responsibility.
- Commercially minded – cost conscious.
- Excellent soft skills – professional, articulate, good listener, a dependable ‘trouble shooter’.
- Ideal next role would be Development Manager, Senior Development Chemist or Trainee Technical Manager and is flexible on location.
- Personal care and household market segments experience.
Candidate C – ECI Engineer (contract or permanent) - £50-55k, based in the North West but location flexible
- 10+ years’ experience.
- Chemicals industry experience including CoMAH sites.
- Hands on maintenance and project experience.
- Full range of control and instrumentation experience including PLC / DSC.
- Looking for a move for new challenge / more responsibility.
- 1 month’s notice.
Candidate D – Operations Manager/Director (permanent) - £70k+, flexible on location, immediately available
- 20 year’s experience.
- Experience covers a range of manufacturing industries including Chemicals and CoMAH.
- With single and multi-site experience this candidate has worked in, and managed the full breadth of operations including engineering, scientific, manufacturing, HSEQ and commercial.
Candidate E – Technical Sales Manager (permanent) - £40k+, North West based
- A charismatic and intelligent chemistry graduate who has enjoyed a successful sales career before moving into the technical support side.
- Adept at testing, trials, remote trouble shooting – constantly developing, improving and maintaining products for companies and customers.
- Mainly worked in the precision cleaning/coating industry.
- Excellent metallurgy knowledge.
- Ideal next role would be Technical Manager, hopefully progressing to Technical Director
