Are you an experienced legal counsel looking for an exciting new opportunity?


Eleven are working with an established Renewable Energy Project Development company who are growing their presence in Germany and Europe. They are looking for an experienced legal counsel to support the development and project life-cycle. The company specialise in Solar PV, Wind and Battery Storage.


This role is a hybrid role working from the offices in Frankfurt. My client are offering a generous salary and bonus structure. 


You will be responsible for overseeing a variety of legal practice areas covering the entire project life-cycle such as:

  • M&A
  • Project Development
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Construction
  • PPA


You will need 

  • international experience in the legal sector
  • knowledge of German law and practice 
  • experience within the energy sector (desirable)
  • to be fluent in German and English
