For the role, you must have demonstrable industrial experience within formulation and development chemistry with the chemicals, lubricants, polymers, additives, pharmaceutical or personal care industries, where you have not only followed procedures / protocols, but played an integral part in the development of products and processes. You will be an innovate thinker, and naturally curious.
