You will play a crucial role in driving Market Channel Optimisation for an expanding portfolio in short-term physical markets.

If you are able to lead asset optimisation, ensuring market access from week ahead to intraday, and manage a significant Swedish power plant portfolio, encompassing Nuclear, Hydro, and Thermal assets, with an annual production of 20TWh, your expertise will be instrumental in maximising the value of Hydro flexibility, leading operational teams, managing stakeholders internally and externally, shaping the desk's future and implementing trading strategies.

Requirements for the role are Nordic power market experience, a technical/economic degree, cross-functional skills, proactive approach, problem-solving ability, data analysis, and fluency in English + Swedish/Norwegian.
