Change Manager

We are currently working with a well-established commodities company based in London, who are currently looking to bring a Change Manager onto their team on a Fixed Term basis. 

This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a well-known entity in the market and to increase skill sets within the control frameworks area. 

You will liaise between the controls and tech departments, ensuring the risk priorities are clearly articulated. Additionally, establishing potential market solutions to secure continuous improvements in the business processes and procedures, and build strong relationships within the controls department as a whole. 
 
You should have previous experience in the oil and energy market; have good understanding of control frameworks such as SOX; and have previous project management or change management experience, with a heavy emphasis on business process improvements and procedures.
