Lead Process Engineer

Eleven are delighted to be partnering with a ground-breaking Clean Hydrogen start-up, based in Doncaster, who are in the process of scaling up a revolutionary, electrolyser technology.

Backed by organisations in both the UK and overseas, they are now heavily funded and looking to develop their engineering teams. Therefore, they are seeking a Lead Process Engineer to support the development of the technology and company.

You Will

• Lead and develop the process designs, supporting product development and commissioning. 
• Work with various engineering disciplines, research and development, and production functions to deliver objectives set within the company.
• Work effectively without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and complexity. 
• Improving work practices and processes.

About You

• Chemical engineering degree.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant industries operating in a senior process engineering role, with demonstrated ability to deliver projects.
• Hands on experience in chemical engineering design, operating in a technology development environment, often gained from working for an engineering consultancy, technology licensor, or operating company. 
• Project and team leadership experience.
• Extensive knowledge surrounding process design, calculations, P&IDs, process optimisation, selection of equipment and design.
