Senior Product Control Analyst
Eleven are currently recruiting for a number of Senior Product Control Analyst for an Energy Trading business who are looking to continue their growth across the Gas, LNG, Power, Emission and Carbon markets. This is an exciting time to join stable global business who are looking at increase there global headcount within the European gas markets.
 
Summary of duties

• Responsible for ensuring that the position, P&L reporting, and commentary including trading costs (accrual, provisions, and actuals), are meaningful, transparent and timely
• Provide commentary on book performance and strategy
• Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly controls and input into close processes

 The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of commodities product control or history within a trading /risk management area.
 
Skills

• Track record of improving (or devising and implementing) controls and procedures.
• Degree level education or proven work experience, preferably in Business/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics or with appropriate Business experience
• Experience of market risk techniques and procedures an advantage.
• Skill in VBA and experience of Symphony/Endur/EOS an advantage
• Able to take, and maintain, an independent approach and challenge where appropriate
