Eleven are delighted to be working with a ground-breaking alternative technology start-up, who are in the process of scaling-up a graphene enhanced battery materials technology.

With their enhanced graphene material technology being able to provide the flexibility and scalability of Li-ion batteries in the current market, they are able to help bridge the gap in bringing next generation materials to market. With a number of advancements in their technology and with a view to commercialising their technology, they are now building out a process engineering team, with a need to identify a Head of Process Development, to build and lead the team as the company develops further.  

You will

  • Lead the development and scale up of their processes, as well as build out the process team as the company continues to grow
  • Manage a variety of projects, ensuring that all tasks and issues are handled appropriately throughout the full life-cycle
You should

  • Be a degree qualified Chemical Engineer
  • Have a depth of experience in process design and ideally technology licensing, with hands-on experience of similar advanced material technologies and processes
  • Have experience of leading technology development teams, providing direction and acting as a technical authority when required
