Business Improvement Manager
Eleven are partnered with an international energy and commodities business for the recruitment of a Business Improvement Manager. This role will work as a part of a recently created Operational Excellence division which are tasked with creating business improvements and efficiencies and automations to current business processes and systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the below:
Review and analyse key business processes currently in place.
Develop and implement process improvement recommendations and plans.
Consider E2E process and deliver the improved design requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must have previous business process improvement knowledge and experience. You must show the ability to analyse complex business structure and simplify processes in a dynamic trading environment which includes knowledge of business control, risk management, and change management.
