Planning Manager

A prominent market leader in the chemicals industry are looking for a Planning Manager to join their team on Maternity cover/FTC.

The PM is a key member of the Supply Chain Leadership team and is responsible for both strategic long term planning of the Planning function and day to day execution to ensure we are optimizing the plants and delivering product in the correct quantity to right place at the right time.

This contract will be a minimum of 12-18 months and there is a potential that the position will be made permanent at the end of the contract due to the growth that the company is experiencing. 

We need experience in the following areas:

- People leadership

- Strategic planning 

- Plant, production and warehouse planning

- Logistics
