Senior Regulatory Affairs Advisor – Power

One of our clients, a major player in the energy sector, is looking to hire a Senior Regulatory Affairs Advisor to join their team in London. This is a senior role for somebody with an in depth understanding of the power markets, mainly NWE, to work alongside the power trading and origination.  This role will provide support on market and regulatory issues and have an influence on the external agenda in a way that supports the commercial interests of the business. This opportunity is for somebody who understands the power regulatory frameworks, has the ability to interpret external market/regulatory developments and identify risks, who is able to analyse developments and apply this in leading key regulatory projects.

While the main focus is power, both at a wholesale and retail level (industrial end-users), other areas to apply your knowledge and experience to as the business continues to develop include low carbon, renewables and emissions.
